Bye, bye 2014! The year has been one of the most successful for me in every aspect. 2014 was the year Travelling Buzz was born. It all happened so fast. I visited my dreamed destinations and many more I never expected to visit. I met so many great people, attended my first travel conference, booked some pretty good trips for 2015. Here are some of the highlights of 2014.
Istanbul in April: I visited Istanbul in the end of March with all my university colegues. It was a nice, guided 4-days trip and I saw all the iconic places in Istanbul, bargained in Grand Bazaar, walked on the Asian side of the city – my first time outside Europe, took a 2-hour cruise on Bosphorus, bought an umbrella which became my favourite one and I still use it, and many more.
Paris in May: I had the chance to visit Paris along with Disneyland and The Versailles Palace. It was one of the most incredible trips I ever had. Seing the Eiffel Tower for the first time was the most magical thing ever. I will definitely go back there again.
London in October: I fell in love with London. I was there for a quick trip which was my birthday present. London has a unique and bizzare glow.
Athens in October: I attended my first travel blogger conference – TBEX. I learn how to grow my blog and it’s already paying off. I met so many great people and saw how united the travel blogger community is. Can’t wait for the next TBEX in April 2015.
