Balkan Flavors is the first themed exhibition focusing on the hospitality and the rich culinary heritage of the Balkan countries. The event will take place on 21 and 22 November 2015 at Grand hotel Sofia, Bulgaria.

Balkan Flavors will gather together exhibitors from the tourism industry on the Balkans. The goal is to promote the culinary heritage of the region, the unique local products and places, to create a platform for business meetings and networking.
The exhibition is free for visitors where they can taste and see some typical Balkan products. During the event there will be themed workshops, tastings and degustation, brief presentations of the exhibitors, a small concert and other interesting events.
The organizer of the event BALKANIA: Balkan Association for Sustainable Tourism and Culture is going to gift the participants with a Certificate for contribution to the development of cultural tourism on the Balkans. You can read more about the event on the official website www.balkanflavors.net.
